Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Gender Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure the quality and timely implementation of GBV-related activities, including prevention, response and MHPSS support. - Facilitate regular communication with SDB Adwa staff and other partners for activity planning and follow-up. - Ensure accurate record-keeping of beneficiaries reached, sessions conducted, and materials distributed.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Economics, Value Chain Management, Rural Development, Development Studies, Sociology, Disaster Risk Reduction or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities:  - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with project consortium members to ensure successful implementation of the humanitarian project. - Ensure area project apply appropriate technical guidelines and follow humanitarian standards and principles, and quality standards related to the project activities.  - Facilitate and participate in multisectoral assessments and studies that can contribute to high-quality programming. 

BA Degree in Social Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Review customs documents, calculate duties/taxes, and prepare draft/final ECDs. - Maintain proper filing of customs regulations and documents. - Support Fact preparation, VDD, and related activities. - Provide daily reports and handle customer queries.

Master’s Degree in Community Development, Development Studies, Social Sciences or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a senior leadership or similar role. Duties and Responsibilities: - Represent VEA in all official, legal, and strategic engagements with government entities, donors, partners, and community stakeholders. - Provide visionary leadership and overall management of VEA’s operations, programs, and personnel.
