Job Requirement

Education:

• BA Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a recognized university.

• Additional experience in foreign purchasing is advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in foreign purchasing and supply chain management.

• At least 2 years in a higher managerial/supervisory position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate foreign suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with ethical standards.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with global vendors to secure favorable agreements.

• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and import/export regulations.

• Manage cross-border logistics and shipping operations.

• Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with international vendors.

• Lead and guide the procurement team, aligning activities with organizational goals.

• Oversee the international bidding process for selected purchase requests.

Salary: As per the company’s scale.
