Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: Address questions and concerns via phone, email, or in person, providing comprehensive and accurate information on products, services, pricing, and usage.

  • Handling Complaints and Resolving Issues: Professionally manage customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Processing Orders and Returns: Receive and process orders, cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.

Job Requirement

  • Qualifications: BA/Diploma in any Business filed

  • Experience: Not required

Requirements:

  • Computer skills are mandatory
