Job Description
Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C is a transformed Commercial Microfinance institution S.C initially established according to proclamation no. 40/96 and recently revised proclamation 626/2009 issued by National Bank Of Ethiopia to provide financial and non-financial services to Medium, Small Enterprise and the low income people, particularly women, at both urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.
Meklit MFI is currently looking for candidates Junior Marketing, Officer. The successful candidates will have skills and experience that meet the following requirements:
Position: Junior Marketing Officer
Number required: One
Duty station: Addis Ababa , Head Office
Term of employment: Permanent
Date of Application: From August 27, 2025 to Sep. 2, 2025
Salary: As per the company scale
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of sample and bulk orders
Liaise with buyers, suppliers, and production teams
Follow up on product development timelines
Help manage documentation and approvals
Report to the merchandising leader on progress and issues
Job Requirements
EDUCATION/TRAINING
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Communication or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE : 0 year
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS;
Firm belief in team work;
Basic computer skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Technical and other skills
Demonstrated technical ability, and ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels.
Good conceptual understanding of participatory approach and sustainable development;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
