We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer/Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and software applications that meet business needs. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient application performance.

Key Responsibilities :- 

1. Software Development & Maintenance: 

   • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. 

   • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end systems. 

  • Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services. 

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 

2. Front-End Development: 

  • Create intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX designs using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Ensure responsiveness across different devices and browsers. 

  • Work closely with designers to implement visually appealing and functional web interfaces.

3. Back-End Development: 

   • Develop and maintain robust server-side applications using Node. js, Python, Java, or PHP. 

   • Design and manage databases (SQL & NoSQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval. 

  • Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. 

4. System Integration & Deployment: 

  • Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). 

  • Maintain and improve system reliability, security, and performance. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. 

5. Collaboration & Communication: 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and stakeholders. 

  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily standups. 

  • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, PHP/Python/C#, JAVA, etc.) are a plus.

Experience :

• 6/4 years of experience in full-stack development. 

• Proven experience in front-end and back-end technologies. 

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 • Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-company environment is a plus

Required Competencies & Skills: 

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js). 

• Strong back-end development skills in Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP. 

• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase).

 • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Graph QL, and microservices architecture

 • Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). 

 • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes). 

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
