Job Description

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of Jotun’s Decorative products by building strong relationships with customers, executing marketing campaigns and identifying new business opportunities in your territory. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering excellent customer service.

The role is based in Addis Ababa and reports to the Sales Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by promoting Decorative products to new and existing customers within your assigned territory.

  • Execute marketing campaigns and sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers, ensuring high service standards.

  • Ensure timely collections to support healthy working capital.

  • Conduct market audits to identify new opportunities and gather competitive insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualification & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing industries.
