Position Summary

We are seeking a Coffee Cupping and Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. This role is central to maintaining the quality, consistency, and reputation of our coffee exports. The successful candidate will evaluate coffee quality through cupping sessions, oversee quality control processes, and ensure all production inputs and outputs meet our strict standards.

This position requires periodic travel to our coffee stations during the harvest season (ranging from a few days to a few weeks) to monitor coffee preparation and provide on-site quality assurance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/college

• Certification in Coffee Cupping (mandatory)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in coffee quality control and assurance

• Practical experience with laboratory equipment and quality analysis procedures

• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
