Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (Sales Officers and Coordinators) to meet and exceed targets. - Develop and implement actionable sales strategies aligned with company goals. - Monitor and analyze team performance using KPIs and sales reporting tools. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on both acquisition and retention.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the Sales & BD department, including strategy setting, team supervision, and performance management. - Define annual commercial strategies and translate them into actionable sales plans and targets. - Oversee pricing, discounting, and approval of commercial proposals.
