ATICOM Investment Group PLC looking for the following job position who will be responsible for the following activities

In a sanitary ware selling company, a Marketing & Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in the development and launch of new products. Here is an overview of the responsibilities and educational qualifications typically required for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supporting the launch process for all new products from the innovation calendar.

• Receiving, maintaining, preparing, and labelling samples.

• Partnering with marketing on sample needs and organizing standards.

• Managing sample shipments and maintaining a sample showroom.

• Participating in brainstorms, tracking submissions, and providing feedback on sanitary products.

• Compiling benchmarks, tracking batches, and managing approvals.

• Maintaining and filing all product development documents.

• Provide technical support to the whole team including the sales department

• Work to customize products by considering Ethiopians preferences

• Manage complaints related to product installation and quality issues.

Job Requirements

Skills Needed:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for product development in the sanitary industry.

• Up-to-date with industry trends.

Educational Requirements and work experience:

• BA or MSC in sanitary engineering and related fields

• 4/6 years of experience in related industry within product development.

• Experience specifically in product development within the sanitary industry.
