China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) – DRC Road Project is currently recruiting qualified professionals to join our Road Project team in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). We are looking for experienced Road Engineers and Road Foremen to support our ongoing infrastructure projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage road construction teams independently, focusing on earthworks and pavement works.

• Ensure compliance with SATCC standards and technical requirements throughout the construction process.

• Oversee project progress, quality, safety, and technical implementation.

• Prepare project reports, documentation, and assist with construction planning.

• Coordinate effectively with project management

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of road construction management experience.

• Proficient in English for daily work communication.

• Strong knowledge of SATCC road construction standards and full construction procedures.

• Skilled in MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD, and related engineering software.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under project management directives.

Salary: USD 1,500 – 3,000 / month
