Job Description
Anbessa Travel & Car Rental is a trusted name in the travel and transportation industry, offering reliable car rental services and customized travel solutions across Ethiopia. With a commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Officer to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
The Senior Sales Officer will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets, and a strong passion for closing deals and delivering value to clients.
Quantity Required: 1
Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities in line with company objectives.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively and efficiently.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Odoo) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
Goal-oriented with a passion for results and customer satisfaction.
