We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for designing engaging visual content for various platforms and managing our social media presence.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Develop visually appealing graphics for a variety of media, including brochures, websites, social media, advertisements, and presentations.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

• Create infographics and visual content that enhance communication and engagement.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into designs.

• Social Media Management Duties:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

• Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Monitor and analyze social media performance, using insights to inform content strategies and optimize engagement.

• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to run social media campaigns and promotions.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.
