Ramada by Wyndham Addis is pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for an Assistant Human Resources Director. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team and support the continued growth and success of our hotel.
· Assist the Director of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
· Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
· Support employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a healthy work environment.
· Coordinate training, development, and performance management programs.
· Monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
· Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management decision-making..
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
Minimum [5–7] years of progressive HR experience, with at least [2–3] years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
