Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee finishing works at project sites, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Coordinate daily site activities and allocate tasks to workers.

• Monitor progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Inspect and verify finishing works such as flooring, painting, ceiling, joinery, and other interior works.

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed at the site. Report daily and weekly progress to the project manager.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site professionals.

Salary: Based on the company scale.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a supervisor in construction finishing works.
