Job Description
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the company. Support project planning, coordination, and monitoring to ensure timely execution. Supervise administrative and operational tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and follow up on action items. Handle client communications and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing staff performance, schedules, and company resources. Support financial and procurement activities as required.
Represent the company in meetings and maintain professional relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Salary: Based on the company scale.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in construction, interior design, or related industries.
