Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the company. Support project planning, coordination, and monitoring to ensure timely execution. Supervise administrative and operational tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.

  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and follow up on action items. Handle client communications and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in managing staff performance, schedules, and company resources. Support financial and procurement activities as required.

  • Represent the company in meetings and maintain professional relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Salary: Based on the company scale.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in construction, interior design, or related industries.
