Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
Supervise and direct workers, subcontractors, and daily site operations.
Ensure construction works are carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers for smooth workflow. Monitor labor, equipment, and material usage to ensure efficiency.
Enforce safety regulations and company policies at the worksite. Provide daily site reports and progress updates to management. Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Educational Background:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Salary: Based on the company scale.
Job Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in construction, with a strong background in supervising site activities.
