Position: Ophthalmic Nurse

Salary: Negotiable

Terms of Employment: 2 years renewable contract

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducts Vision tests

• Evaluates and records visual activity and ocular functions 

• Collects patient medical histories

• Carries out patient assessments before and after eye surgery

• Assists surgical team during eye surgery

• Instructs and educates patients how  properly care eye injuries or disorders at home

• Administers medications and medical equipment

• Conducts fittings for glasses and contact lenses

• Supervises the day to day cleanness of the clinic

• Performs other similar duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Qualification:  Bsc/Diploma in Ophthalmic Nursing

Experience: For Bsc 2 years/ Diploma 3 Years and above with practical 

Skill and experience: in eye care service
