Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Executive Secretary / Office Coordinator on behalf of a Private company.
The Executive Secretary and Office Coordinator is responsible for providing high level administrative support to senior leadership and ensuring efficient office operations. Act as a key point of contact, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee office logistics with professionalism and confidentiality.
Manage executive calendar, travel, meetings, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
Coordinate office operations: supplies, facilities, and staff support.
Serve as liaison with internal teams, partners, and government offices.
Maintain filing systems and support event/travel arrangements.
Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and finance processes.
BA degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
4+ years of administrative/secretarial experience.
