Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Executive Secretary / Office Coordinator on behalf of a Private company.

The Executive Secretary and Office Coordinator is responsible for providing high level administrative support to senior leadership and ensuring efficient office operations. Act as a key point of contact, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee office logistics with professionalism and confidentiality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage executive calendar, travel, meetings, and correspondence.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.

  • Coordinate office operations: supplies, facilities, and staff support.

  • Serve as liaison with internal teams, partners, and government offices.

  • Maintain filing systems and support event/travel arrangements.

  • Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and finance processes.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENT

  • BA degree in Business, Administration, or related field.

  • 4+ years of administrative/secretarial experience.
