Main Responsibilities:-

1. Style Management:

   • Oversee and follow up on specific styles assigned.

2. Materials Coordination:

   • Ensure timely placement and tracking of materials, trims, and accessories.

   • Monitor the supply status to ensure all components are available.

3. Inventory Monitoring:

   • Stay vigilant about shortages and excesses in orders.

4. Resource Allocation:

   • Manage allocation and deallocation processes within consumption limits.

5. Style Checklist Maintenance:

   • Maintain comprehensive checklists for each style, covering:

     • Buyer correspondence

     • Costing and order confirmation

     • Pre-production timeline and action (T&A)

     • Verification of buyer purchase orders (POs)

     • Reviewing work-in-progress (WIP) and critical paths (CPs) with buyers

     • Production follow-up

     • Grieg and snap reconciliation

     • Material status reviews with respective teams

     • Style entry and item creation for critical styles

     • Reviewing material delivery and output plans

6. Pre-Production Meetings:

   • Conduct pre-production (PP) meetings and risk analysis with relevant departments before starting new style production.

7. Production Approval:

   • Review and approve cutting and production processes, ensuring they align with the initial marker plan and actual outputs.

8. Material Requirement Confirmation:

   • Confirm material requirements for each sales order using system reports before the planned cut date (PCD).

Job Requirements

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering or a related field

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience handling matters in an organization.
