Job Requirement
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields. 10+ years experience with at least 5 years in Leadership. Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
Job Descriptions;
Build ETHAL’s marketing function from the ground up.
Define and lead brand strategy, campaigns, and consumer engagement.
Drive awareness and pull while supporting distributors and retail partners.
Establish ETHAL across digital and traditional channels.
Build and lead a strong marketing team over time.
Requirements and skills
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
Proven success in building/scaling consumer brands (FMCG/durables preferred).
Strong track record in both digital and traditional marketing.
A builder, strategist, and hands-on leader ready to create impact.
Location: Addis Ababa
