Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring timely delivery of project phases. - Supervise subcontractors, labor, and site engineers to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and standards. - Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing corrective actions when required. - Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and stakeholders.

BSc Degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop precise technical drawings and plans using CAD software based on specifications from engineers and architects. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards. - Review and revise drawings to incorporate changes and ensure accuracy. - Assist in the preparation and verification of bills of quantities (BoQs) for subcontractors and company contracts. - Participate in contract administration tasks, including the preparation and review of payment certificates. - Maintain organized records of drawings and related documentation. - Design intent and specifications are clearly documented and communicated, minimizing misunderstandings or errors in construction.

Diploma or Certificate in Construction Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervise site labor teams, coordinate daily work, and ensure adherence to construction plans. - Operate and promote safe working on site, including conducting site inspections and toolbox talks. - Schedule, coordinate, and supervise daily activities of site operatives and subcontractors. - Ensure all work aligns with method statements, legal regulations, and quality standards.
