Position Title: Supervisor
Location:  Addis Ababa

At-Con Engineering & Architecture Consultancy Plc., a well-established and reputable consulting company based in Addis Ababa, is engaged in the design and supervision of civil engineering works, including roads, bridges, buildings, water supply systems, and other infrastructure projects. We are currently looking to hire Five (5) qualified and experienced Site Supervisor. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor workmanship, materials, and equipment used on-site to ensure quality standards are met.

• Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Prepare daily progress reports and submit to the project engineer/manager.

• Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges.

• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

• Maintain proper site documentation and records

Place of Assignment

• Head office

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in site supervision of building or infrastructure projects.

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, AutoCAD is an advantage).

• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
