Henosis Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd (HSACCOS) is legally registered organization by the Cooperative bureau of Nifas Silk Lafto Sub city. Henosis SACCOS has a vision to be ‘ one of the best SACCO in Ethiopia that fulfills its members’ economic and social needs by 2030” with mission of ‘Improve socio-economic conditions of members & other people through mobilizing saving and creating access of credit’. 

Job Summary: The Finance & Administration Manager will be responsible for strategic financial planning and management, financial advisory, resources mobilization & reporting. S/he will be responsible to the Deputy General Manager for the development, installation and implementation of all financial and administrative systems and procedures in Henosis SACCO Ltd. 

Required Number: One

Reports to: General Manager 

Place of Work: Addis Ababa  

Main Duties

  • To maintain a financial system that provides fast, up to date and timely financial reports, 

  • To prepare timely, accurate and reliable financial reports, 

  • To maintain proper books of accounts according 

  • To the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), 

  • other legislations and regulatory requirements. 

Term of Employment: Contract for two years with possible renewal

Salary: Negotiable 

Opening date; September 8, 2025

Closing date: September 16, 2025

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • accounting, Cooperative accounting or related.

Experience:  

  • 8 year for BA and six years for MA. Four years of the experience should be directly related to cooperative/SACCO.
