Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sanitary/Mechanical Engineer (MEP) with strong expertise in both design and implementation of sanitary, plumbing, and mechanical systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supervising on-site execution to ensure compliance with project requirements. This dual role requires proficiency in modern design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and a hands-on approach to construction supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop sanitary, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems for real estate projects.

• Prepare and revise MEP drawings, schematics, and system layouts using AutoCAD and Revit (MEP). 

• Perform calculations for pipe sizing, ducting, load estimations, pump and equipment selection. 

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and contractors to ensure full system integration. 

• Conduct on-site inspections to supervise installation, resolve technical issues, and ensure work aligns with approved designs.

• Review shop drawings, submittals, and material proposals to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Support the construction and commissioning process, ensuring high-quality system performance. 

• Update and maintain design documentation in BIM systems for coordinated project delivery. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Sanitary, or MEP Engineering (or related discipline). 

• Minimum 05 years of professional experience in MEP design and implementation. 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (MEP) is mandatory. 

• Familiarity with BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.

• Strong knowledge of water supply, sewage, stormwater drainage, HVAC systems, and f ire protection networks.

• Understanding of local building codes and international standards 

• Ability to balance design office work with on-site execution and supervision. 

Preferred Attributes: 

• Hands-on, adaptable professional with problem-solving skills in dynamic site environments. 

• Strong coordination skills for working with architects, consultants, and contractors.

• Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate, coordinated, and efficient MEP solutions. 

• Prior experience in real estate or large-scale mixed-use developments is an advantage.
