Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Administrator to join Tongfang System Integration Plc. The role involves overseeing and coordinating corporate administrative affairs, ensuring efficient processes, and providing strong support to business development. The successful candidate will manage a small administrative team and align administrative activities with the company’s strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage office environment, fixed assets, and logistics support (catering, vehicles, security, etc.).

  • Lead a team of 3–5 administrative staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and team development.

  • Manage administrative budgets, review expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.

  • Liaise with government departments (investment, immigration, customs, etc.).

  • Organize company events (conferences, annual meetings, team-building activities).

  • Handle administrative emergencies (facility breakdowns, security issues).

  • Align administrative operations with the company’s strategic goals and enhance employee experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Administrative Management, Business Administration, Public Utility Management, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative-related work experience, including at least 2 years in executive team management.

  • Experience in foreign-funded enterprises (manufacturing/technology) is highly preferred.

  • Overseas study or work experience is a plus.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in administrative system setup, budget management, and logistics support.

  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken); Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Proven leadership and team development skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and responsiveness to sudden issues.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); OA system knowledge preferred.
