Position: Personal Assistant
Company: Zelalem Import & Export
Reports to: General Manager
Location: Hawassa, Ethiopia
Zelalem Import Export is a well-known trading and engineering company in Ethiopia. We provide solutions in industrial, medical, solar, construction, agriculture, and water supply sectors. We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the General Manager (Female Candidates Only) to join our Hawassa office. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the GM, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination of activities.
Manage the GM’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Draft reports, correspondence, and presentations, particularly in Amharic
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the GM
Assist with special projects and support the GM during travel as required
Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion
BA degree in any Social Science field
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Strong scheduling, reporting, and administrative skills
Ability and willingness to travel with the GM as required
Fluency in English is an advantage
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
