Position: Finance and Logistics Professional

Reports to: 

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Zelalem Import Export is a well-known trading and engineering company in Ethiopia. We provide solutions in industrial, medical, solar, construction, agriculture, and water supply sectors. We are looking for a Finance and Logistics Professional (Female Candidates Only) to join our Addis Ababa team. In this role, you will manage finance and logistics to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting

  • Oversee logistics and supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of goods

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for management

  • Support strategic planning and decision-making through financial insights

  • Lead and coordinate a team to achieve departmental goals

  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in Accounting and Finance

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an import company

  • Previous experience as a Finance Head in an import business

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Good communication and leadership abilities

  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
