Major Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing:
Develops and implements strategies for attracting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Employee Relations:
Addresses employee grievances, resolves conflicts, and works to foster positive working relationships between management and staff.
Training and Development :
Plans and implements training programs, career development, and performance management initiatives.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develops, implements, and ensures adherence to HR policies and procedures and stays up-to-date on labor laws and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manages compensation structures, payroll processes, and employee benefits programs.
Strategic Planning:
Consults with top executives on strategic planning, workforce trends, and aligning HR efforts with overall organizational goals.
Employee Engagement:
Creates and implements strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Job Requirements
BA degree in Human resource management, Management or similar field and 10 years and above relevant work experience out of this 4 years on human resource manager position. in manufacturing industry.
