Job Description
B.M. Housing Construction and Rental sc is currently undertaking a building construction project in Addis Ababa City, Addis Ketema Sub-City, Woreda 1, in a location commonly referred to as “American Gibi.” Accordingly, our organization would like to recruit an employee for the job position specified below:
Job Requirements
Education: Technical Diploma in building, construction, or a related field from a TVET College and above.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a foreman in a building construction
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge: understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
Resource Management: Oversee the use of materials, equipment, and labor on the job site.
Supervise On-site Activities: Direct and coordinate the daily work of construction contractors.
