Job Description
Ramada by Wyndham Addis is seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Manager for a new hotel opening in Addis under the Ramada management team.
Location of Interview: Ramada HR Office
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, including guest check-in/check-out procedures
Make sure all front-line staff, reception, reservation, concierge and telephone operators are providing a high standard of service.
Control guest transportation requirements and oversee vehicle availability.
Ensure all front office management operation is in line with the hotel policy.
Provide high degree of professional service to arriving and departing guests.
Handle guest complains in a professional manner.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager, or in a similar customer service/administrative role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
