Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification & experience Required: MA/MBA Degree in HRM, Business,

• Facilities Management, or a related field, along with 14 years of progressive experience in HR and Facilities roles out of which 7 years in senior managerial roles in Insurance/Financial Industry.

• Professional Qualifications (Prefeable): Professional credentials such as SHRM (Strategic Human Resource Management), CFM (Certified Facility Management), diploma or advanced diploma in insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA) are highly valued

Required skills and attributes for the role:

• Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.

• Proven expertise in creating and implementing facility management strategies that optimize resources, ensure compliance, and support sustainability goals.

• Proven understanding of how the business generates revenue and how both HR and facilities functions contribute to financial performance.

• Ability to lead HR and facilities teams, influence organizational culture, and drive change across departments.

• Hold proven skills in fostering partnerships with stakeholders (e.g., IT, finance, senior management) and bridging gaps between management and employees.

• Proven ability to navigate challenges, lead through uncertainty, and inspire teams to persevere.

• Proven knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS, ERP), data analytics tools, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI,) to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.

• Proven understanding of facilities operations, including maintenance, security, sustainability. and compliance with regulations.

• Proven skills in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for both HR initiatives (e.g.. compensation, training) and facilities projects (e.g., renovations, buildings)

• Proven skills in managing the construction of high-rise building projects.

• Proven excellence in verbal and written communication, active listening, and empathy to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster inclusivity.

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.

• Proven ability to design positive employee experiences across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to off boarding, including physical workspace conditions.

• Proven proficiency in using data analytics to inform HR and facilities decisions, such as predicting talent needs, optimizing space utilization, or measuring sustainability impact.

• Proven ability to address complex issues, from HR policy dilemmas to facilities emergencies, with a calm and solution-oriented approach.

• Proven commitment to integrity, diversity, equity, and inclusion in all practices, ensuring fairness in HR policies and facilities accessibility.

• Proven understanding of employment laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards to ensure compliance across both domains.

• Proven skill in leading organizational transformations, such as adopting hybrid work models, implementing new technologies, or driving cultural shifts.

• Proven ability to promote energy efficiency and green initiatives in facilities management while aligning with corporate social responsibility goals.
