Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Life Science Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in life sciences and a passion for building client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to impactful scientific events and solutions.
Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and advertising solutions tailored to the life sciences sector
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in biotech, pharma, diagnostics, and research institutions
Understand client needs and recommend customized event and media solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client campaigns and activations
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide consultative value
Prepare regular sales reports and meet or exceed performance targets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field
Proven experience in B2B sales is an asset , account management, or business development—preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with scientific and commercial stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital platforms
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to client engagement and market growth
Multilingual is an advantage
Work Experience
3–5 years of experience in B2B, B2C sales, account management, or business development within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions such as event sponsorships, scientific services, or media packages to technical and commercial stakeholders
Experience working with clients such as research institutions, diagnostic companies, or scientific product vendors
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
Familiarity with scientific communication, regulatory landscapes, and product launch cycles is highly desirable
