We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Junior Accountant (Female) to join our finance team. The role focuses on payroll management, financial record-keeping, and ensuring accuracy in accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on payroll experience, and the ability to support the company’s financial processes with precision and reliability.
Salary: Gross 15,000 – 17,000 ETB
Dutis and Responsibilities
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records and related documentation.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support daily accounting operations and other finance-related tasks.
Job Requirements
Requirements
BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, with direct payroll handling.
Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Professional, reliable, and attentive to detail.
