Zamzam Bank Internship Programme is the kick start of your career within the Bank industry. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional and personal skills over the course. In the Internship Programme you will take part in different trainings and you shall be paid stipend to cover transportation expenses. You will be permanent employee of the bank based on the availability of vacant posts and your average performance result.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other basic banking services.

  • Provide high-quality customer service in line with the bank’s standards.

  • Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies

Job Requirements

Qualification:-

  • BA Degree in Social Science fields.

  • 0 years of experience.

  • GPA: above 2.5 and successful completion of the national exit exam

  • Year of Graduation: 2023 and latter

  • Age: not more than 25 years

  • Able to commit to internship for minimum 3 to 6 months

  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in branches of the bank with little supervision

  • Willingness to sign internship program agreement

  • Having certification of training related to customer service, business intelligence, etc is advantageous

  • Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
