At its final investment stage, MSA Group is acquiring state-of-the-art technology, with River Valley Edible Oil Industry becoming one of the largest edible oil processing and fully automated refinery plants in Ethiopia and Africa.

The company is now finalizing licensing, commissioning, and testing, with operations planned to begin in mid-October 2025. As part of this exciting growth, we are seeking qualified professionals to join our team.

• Position: Shift Dry Fractionation Supervisor

• Duty Station: Bahir Dar Oil Factory

• Number of Positions: 2

• Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dry fractionation shift to meet production targets efficiently.

• Manage and allocate daily tasks to the team, ensuring all staff understand their responsibilities.

• Monitor operational parameters and production schedules to maintain quality and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Applied/Industrial Chemistry, OR

• TVET Level II–IV in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Technology, or related fields

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an edible oil refinery processing plant

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role

• Palm oil exposure is preferred
