Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

• 8–12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, including minimum 5 years in sales leadership

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the FMCG sector, especially edible oil business

• Experience in new product development and successful product launches, demonstrating leadership in at least two products

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
