Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the GM will ensure smooth day-to-day administration, manage resources effectively, and support long-term strategic growth. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to foster a supportive workplace culture that balances staff wellbeing, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

The GM will work closely with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure alignment between clinical and administrative functions, building a cohesive, high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure robust financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.

  • Represent Lotus with professionalism in all external relationships, including regulators, partners, and the wider community.

  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical leadership, accountability, and patient-centered values.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in healthcare.

  • Proven success in leading organizational growth, operations management, and change management.

  • Strong skills in governance, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

  • Advanced financial literacy and experience in budgeting, cost control, and reporting.

  • Visionary, inclusive leadership style with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
