The Motorist is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages, documents, and parcels to customers using a company-provided or personal motorcycle. The role plays a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction through reliable and professional service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages, parcels, and documents to customers within assigned areas or routes.

• Ensure timely delivery according to the daily schedule and service standards.

• Verify recipient information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required.

• Maintain a delivery log and update delivery status using mobile applications or manual systems.

• Inspect and maintain the motorcycle, ensuring it's always in safe working condition.

• Follow company protocols for handling urgent, fragile, or high-value items.

• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delays, delivery issues, or customer feedback.

• Adhere to all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively during interactions.

Job Requirements

• Valid motorcycle driving license.

• Proven experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role.

• Good knowledge of local roads, areas, and traffic patterns.

• Ability to use navigation apps and mobile delivery tracking systems.

• Basic communication skills (verbal and written).

• Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages.

• Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
