Job Description
Job Requirement
Qualification: A minimum of BSC/BA/MA/MSc degree in Management, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Business Administration Statistics or other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution
Experiences: A minimum of 9/7 years of work experience for first degree and second degree holders respectively, out of which at least 4 year experience for first degree holders and 3 years work experience for master degree holders as division Manager, Principal or supervisory roles in an insurance company
Insurance experiences are preferable
Additional qualities & competencies Required: –
Good Planning, Directing and coordinating skill
Basic knowledge of insurance principles and practice
Ability to collect and analyze relevant data
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to direct and coordinate diverse tasks
Good knowledge of basic computer applications skill
Good cash management and organization skill
Dependable & teamwork
Salary and Benefits: As per the company salary scale and benefits packages.
