Setting and driving sales strategies and campaigns to expand the customer base.
Managing team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
Coordinating events and sales initiatives related to technology platforms like Salesforce.
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 5 years of relevant banking experience with MSc/MBA/MA or 7 years of relevant banking experience with BA.
Salary and benefits: As per the bank’s scale.
Term of employment: Permanent.
