Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: Diploma Electricity/Plumbing
Work Experience: 5 years in electric and Plumping works
Additional Skills: Maintenance of various utilities
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of key building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks including equipment calibration, lubrication, parts replacement, and system testing.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, machinery, and building systems like electrical fixtures, plumbing, and mechanical units.
Carry out minor structural repairs such as fixing door hinges, flooring, ceiling tiles, and painting or cosmetic upkeep.
