DMC Construction PLC seeks an expert Structure Foreman/Superintendent to lead the safe and precise construction of complex structural elements for major transportation projects. You’ll oversee crews in bridge erection, reinforced concrete, precast systems, and MSE walls, ensuring adherence to strict DOT tolerances while optimizing productivity on critical-path operations

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction of the structure works such as pipes, culverts and bridges

• Manage the production of structures ditch covers, pipes, 

• Preparing daily report and submit to the construction head 

• Ensure that the proper equipment and manpower are deployed for structure works.

• Follow up the work improve the work progress

• Dealing with consultant and work inspectors to facilitate work progress and creating good working atmosphere.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: - High school diploma or technical diploma or associate

• Experience: - Minimum 8 years of experience as an Structure Forman/ Superintendent in road construction works
