DMC Construction PLC seeks a experienced Earthwork Foreman/Superintendent to lead critical mass excavation, grading, and utility operations for large-scale infrastructure projects. You’ll direct crews and equipment to achieve precise grade control, optimize earthmoving productivity, and ensure safety/compliance in high-risk trenching and embankment work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the development of borrow and quarry area

• Manage the Benching fills, High  fill, Sub grade, Selected fills, Earthworks works

• Perform the Sub base and base course material production and working activity 

• Preparing daily report and submit to the construction head 

• Ensure that the proper equipment and manpower are deployed for construction embankment.

• Follow up the work improve the work progress

• Dealing with consultant and work inspectors to facilitate work progress and creating good working atmosphere.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: - High school diploma or technical diploma or associate

• Experience: - Minimum 8 years of experience as an Earthwork Forman/ Superintendent in road construction works
