Job Description
DMC Construction PLC seeks an experienced Senior Machinery & Equipment Manager to optimize the performance, maintenance, and lifecycle management of our heavy equipment fleet for critical road projects. You will lead equipment strategy, ensuring maximum uptime, cost efficiency, and safety compliance while supporting high-volume earthwork, paving, and infrastructure operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipments and machineries of the company.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
Lead mechanical repairs and overhauls of equipment such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, and generators.
Collaborate with engineers and teams to improve machinery reliability and efficiency.
To manage controls jobs of Equipment’s custody & documentation equipment and,
To prepare, submit equipment specification for equipment to be purchased
To evaluate equipment utilization and rental services
Follow up and supervise the maintenance of equipment
Job Requirements
Qualification: - High school diploma or technical diploma or associate
Experience: - Minimum 6–8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance
