Job Description
DMC Construction PLC is seeking a motivated Junior Office Engineer to support the technical and administrative functions of our road construction projects. This entry-level role offers hands-on training in construction documentation, quality control, and project coordination. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to ensure accuracy in project records while building expertise in civil construction workflows.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing technical documents, submittals, and reports.
Maintain organized project documentation (drawings, RFIs, change orders, etc.).
Review and verify quantities, materials, and equipment deliveries.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Participate in site visits or inspections when required.
Software: AutoCAD, MS Project
Job Requirements
Qualification: - BSC in Civil Engineering and other related construction fields
Experience: - 0-2Years experience in Road Construction projects as Junior Office Engineer
