Job Description
DMC Construction PLC seeks a highly organized Senior Office Engineer to drive the technical and administrative backbone of our major road construction projects. You will manage project documentation, oversee quality control processes, and ensure seamless coordination between field operations, design teams, and stakeholders. This critical role demands precision in documentation, acute attention to detail, and expertise in construction workflows to keep projects compliant, on schedule, and within budget.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing tentative and revised work, materials, manpower and machinery schedule and controlling implementation at every stage.
Preparing construction details, progress reports and payment certificates.
Preparing evidence for any claims such as time extension, variations and price escalations.
Controlling proper material delivery, efficiency of skilled and unskilled labor, production cost, material consumption and material quantity.
Calculation volumes of work executed.
Preparing cross-sectional templates and calculation cut/fill volumes using Eagle Point and Civil 3D.
Preparing work schedules.
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports as well as payment certificates.
Preparing working drawings.
Job Requirements
Qualification: - BSC in Civil Engineering and other related construction fields
Experience: - A total of more than 6Years experience in Road Construction projects
