Job Summary
DMC Construction PLC seeks a skilled Construction Engineer to oversee technical operations for our high-priority road construction projects. You will ensure engineering designs are executed precisely, supervise field teams, and maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role demands hands-on problem-solving to keep critical infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform all planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the construction procedure and operation of the project
Evaluate and determine appropriate construction methods and the most cost- effective plan
Divide all required construction site activities into logical steps, budgeting the time to meet established deadlines
Ensure the execution of construction projects as per the specification, drawings and bill of Quantities by getting approval from Consultant
Consult and give due assistance to project manager, especially in construction operation
Make sure that each activity has a clearly defined work breakdown and is organized in a way that can enable each crew to execute its targeted work
Manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
Ensure projects comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
More than 8Years experience in Road and other related Construction projects
