Job Title: Showroom Sales Officer

• Department: Marketing and Sales Department

• Location: Addis Ababa

• Salary: Negotiable

Under the supervision of the Marketing and Sales Division Head, the Showroom Sales Officer will:

• Work closely with customers, contractors, and engineers to provide a wide range of the company’s products.

• Offer expert product knowledge, selection assistance, and outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers or their representatives in planning and product selection.

• Apply consultative sales and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail, follow-up, and motivation.

• Welcome and receive clients, customers, and visitors in the showroom; assess their needs, deliver presentations, and provide tailored product and solution recommendations.

• Prepare quotations based on client requirements and specifications, and facilitate payment handling.

• Utilize office technologies and computer systems to process, track, and manage orders while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

• Maintain the showroom as a professional place of business, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirements Education:

• BA/BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Sanitary/Water/Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales within business organizations

Skills:

• Proficient computer skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Solid technical and operational knowledge

• Team-oriented with strong public relations skills

• Excellent numerical, analytical, and presentation skills
