Key responsibilities include verifying payment requests, processing transactions, ensuring proper documentation, maintainin1g financial records, and contributing to audits and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of payment requests

• Process payments and disbursements

• Verify documentation and approvals to support disbursements

• Monitor and reconcile disbursement transactions

• Manage petty cash and other cash accounts

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues

• Prepare reports and maintai1n accurate records of disbursement activities

• Ensure all payments are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with approved terms and conditions

• Preparing payment vouchers and processing payments.

• Checking incoming receipts and other financial documents.

• Coding and recording financial expenditures in accounting systems.

• Maintaining petty cash and preparing related payments

Job Requirements

Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is often required
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience or more in finance
