Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Human Resource Expert to join our growing team. The HR Expert will be responsible for managing and supporting dayto-day HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Quantity Required: 1
Lead and manage the full recruitment and on boarding process (job postings, screening, interviews, induction).
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate and timely employee data.
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.
Oversee attendance, leave administration, and performance management systems.
Ensure full compliance with Ethiopian labour laws and internal policies.
Organize and coordinate training programs.
Prepare HR reports, analyses, and recommendations for management decision making.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
Work experience in the health sector is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labour law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
